1 Thessalonians 5:5-6

5 You are all children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. 6 So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and be sober.

 

Isaiah 30:21 | This Is The Way

Are you in the midst of making a major decision in your life right now? Be still and try to listen to Our heavenly Fathers voice that this may lead you to the right pathway.

Our verse for today is from..

Isaiah 30: 21

Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you saying,

“ this is the way; walk in it”

 

My Dearest Heavenly Father,

I am anxious, I am a bit worried I am in doubt with a decision that I have to make. Please do not make lean on my own understanding, for I know I cannot do this on my own. Let me hear you speak to me through your word and fill me with your wisdom. I ask of you, Father, to help me to act right away and not procrastinate, help me to be not too impulsive, guide me in gathering as much information as I can to make the right decision. I lift up everything to you and trust, you will lead me to the right path, where you want me to be and according to your will.

In Jesus name, I pray, Amen

Mother's Day Prayer | Philippians 1:3 and Acts 2:39

Let us pray for gratitude for our mothers and pray for strength as a mother.

Happy Mother’s Day to you brave and amazing moms.

I have two verses today, one is for our mom's - Philippians 1:3 "I thank my God every time I remember you."

And this one is for us mom's - Acts 2:39 "The promise is for you and your children..."

Be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord | Psalm 27:13 – 14

Psalm 27:13 – 14 "I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord."

Help me be patient even if I know being patient may bring trials. I won’t be afraid or worried because I know you are in me, with me and working in my life every single day.

God is with Me, God is with All of Us | Joshua 1:9

Joshua 1:9

"Have I not commanded you? be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened and do not be dismayed for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."

I will put an end to this and lift up my worries, anxiousness and fear to you. No more tossing and turning, no more numbing myself with distractions or getting busy to escape depression and anxiety. Your word is my source of comfort. I will put my complete trust in you.

 

Let's Pray for the World | 2 Chronicles 7:14-15

2 Chronicles 7:14-15

"Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land. My eyes will be open and my ears attentive to every prayer made in this place."

I solemnly pray to you to please heal our world and your people that we may ones again enjoy life here on earth with peace, love, joy and safety. 

 

John 20:29 | Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed

As Jesus said to Thomas, "Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."

I am grateful to be chosen as one who believes because I know during this time of uncertainties you are with me, my family, and we are protected.

So today I pray that you and your family will be protected as well and that God will abide in you.

Heal Our World, Your People | Isaiah 26:20

Isaiah 26:20

“My people, go into your room and shut your doors behind you. Hide in your rooms for a short time until God’s anger is finished.”

Father I am pleading on behalf of all of us who seek you that you heal our world, heal and take away the virus that is hurting and killing a lot of people. Father I will always praise you and give thanks, I will lift up everything to you as we go through this plagues of darkness, for you are my refuge and having you in our lives I know we are safe. For everyone to see that the glorious power is from you and not from us.

 

Holy Week Prayer | Joel 2:12-14

“Even now,” declares the LORD, “return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning.” Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the LORD your God, for He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and He relents from sending calamity. Who knows? He may turn and relent and leave behind a blessing — grain offerings and drink offerings for the LORD your God. 

Father Your Power is everlasting. We can only count on you.

 

Easter Prayer | Romans 8:18

Jesus Christ died to save mankind, but today we celebrate Him, His resurrection and our hope. Today is the day I know that the darkness will turn into light, that the dry surroundings will blossom again.
